Lots of delicious food for meals. Immaculate rooms and absolutely stunning with many facilities, the garden, as example. Quiet atmosphere all around, beautiful and incredible location short walk to the surrounding area, a taxi to take and the garden.

Staff were VERY AMIABLE and the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, it had amazing location to obtain a taxi. Location: the property was right by the surrounding area, and the garden. Moreover, it was 3 km from Church of st James.

Attractive and stunningly beautiful accommodation with incredible setting very close to a taxi to take, the surrounding area and Midhurst. So many choices for breakfast: slices of fresh bread, cereal and fruit.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a homely feel. Amenities in the room were great and the breakfast had a wide variety of cereals, fruits, and yoghurts. The secluded location was very peaceful, providing beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The blinds on the velux windows were a bit fiddly to manage and did not stay down well at night. It would have been nice if green tea was available, although there were many other types of tea provided.

The large bedrooms with stunning views of the surrounding fields and woods were definitely a highlight. the continental breakfast selection was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary requirements. It was a bit of a challenge to arrange transportation to and from the wedding venue due to the remote location. the blinds on the Velux windows in the room didn't stay down properly, requiring some fiddling to secure them at night.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Brook Barn. The owners were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The vegan breakfast they arranged for me was a lovely touch. The location was also perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to Goodwood. The pub in the village served delicious food and had a friendly chef. The breakfast spread was the best we have ever had in a B&B. we had a fantastic time and are already planning to return for a longer visit!
